Travelers can choose one of the following ways to get to Cat Ba and the hotel:

From Van Don – Tuan Chau – Halong to Cat Ba

If travelers choose to go from Van Don Airport to Cat Ba, they can travel as follows: Hire a shuttle from the airport to T-Chau – Halong, then take the ferry to Cat Ba. Alternatively, they can take the expressway across the bridge to Ben Got and then take the ferry to Cat Ba Island.

From Cat Bi Airport, Hai Phong to Cat Ba Town

From Cat Bi International Airport – Hai Phong, travelers can book a taxi or hire a car to Ben Got and then take the ferry or high-speed boat to Cat Ba Island. If choosing the high-speed boat option, travelers need to book a shuttle from the pier – Phu Long to Cat Ba – or choose a cable car trip to Cat Ba Island with transportation.

From Hai Phong to Cat Ba and back to the hotel:

If travelers choose to go from Hai Phong, please check the schedule of the Hai Phong Cat Ba High-Speed Train, which is provided by units such as Hoang Yen Express, Cat Ba Island Resort, HaDECO Cat Ba. The train will depart from Binh Pier. It is also possible to choose a car from Hai Phong to Cat Ba via the ferry at Ben Got and then travel to Cat Ba Island.

From Hanoi to Cat Ba

If travelers are from provinces such as Lao Cai, Yen Bai, Dien Bien, Hoa Binh, Lai Chau, Son La, Ha Giang, Cao Bang, Bac Kan, Lang Son, Tuyen Quang, Thai Nguyen, Phu Tho, Bac Giang, Quang Ninh, Bac Ninh, Ha Nam, Hanoi, Hai Duong, Hung Yen, Hai Phong, Nam Dinh, Ninh Binh, Thai Binh, Vinh Phuc, they can take buses to these provinces – or the most convenient national highway to book a bus to Cat Ba Island – with these provinces having many inter-provincial bus companies in Hai Phong that run directly or back to Hai Phong to transfer to Cat Ba. When arriving at Cat Ba, the pickup department of Catba.tours will pick up travelers to the hotel.

Lan Ha Bay
Lan Ha Bay is located to the East of Cat Ba Island and to the South of Ha Long Bay. The bay consists of about 400 large and small islands creating a giant picture depicting a fairy scene.

In the bay, you can see some small islands with smooth white sand beaches at the foot of limestone mountains, and you can paddle into them to play on the sand or swim at these pristine beaches.

Cat Ba National Park
Cat Ba National Park is a biosphere reserve in Cat Ba, a special national park, with a combination of various ecosystems: evergreen forest on limestone mountains, flooded forest on high mountains (Ao Ech), mangrove forests in coastal areas, sea areas with coral reefs near the shore, cave systems with unique characteristics as the habitat of bat families and cultivation systems located between valleys like Khe Sau or residential areas.

Trung Trang Cave
Trung Trang Cave is located 1km south of the center of Cat Ba National Park, next to the road to Cat Ba Town.

This is one of the largest caves, typical of the cave complex in Cat Ba Biosphere Reserve, a very attractive tourist destination, attracting tens of thousands of domestic and international tourists every year.

Trung Trang Cave is about 300m long, crossing the mountain with thousands of fascinating shapes of stalactites.

When visiting Trung Trang Cave, tourists not only admire the wonderful beauty and the strange creation of nature but also learn many legendary stories about Cat Ba Island.
