8:30 Check-in Cruise, and enjoy welcome drinks and friendly smiles from our crew. The tour guide then provides key information about the cruise, itineraries, and other notes.

8:45 The trip starts! Our captain steers the cruise slowly, and the poetic scenery of Cai Beo ancient fishing village constantly appears with floating houses lying along the mountainside. You will be surprised at the peaceful beauty of this 7,000-year-old village.

It’s time to learn more about the local fishers, their daily life, and the cultural values shared by our experienced guides. The cruise moves further into the core of the bay where you can’t help but be amazed by the gift of Mother Nature: a large bay area, the phenomenal emerald water embracing hundreds of rocky islands of various sizes and shapes. We’ll enjoy a view of Ha Long Bay before we reach the kayaking area. If the weather is clear, you might even catch a glimpse of Ha Long City from the top deck.

10:30 The boat anchors at DARK CAVE AND BRIGHT CAVE area (Sang–Toi Cave). Located in the border region between Halong Bay and Lan Ha Bay, this is surely one of the best places for kayaking.

Let’s spend one and a half hour doing kayaking to discover stunning limestone structure and interesting natural habitat there.

12:00 Come back to Cruise and relax.

12:30 Lunch served with Cat Ba fresh seafood and Vietnamese tradition food. Kindly inform us if you have speacial request for food vegetarian.

13:30 The boat moves to the Ba Trai Dao Beach area (Three Peach Islets) where you expect to see white sandy beaches and charming mountain scenery, swim among the cleanest part of Lan Ha Bay, snorkeling (snorkeling activity depends on the tide level and weather condition).

15:00 The cruise heads back to the harbour by a different route where you can keep admiring the romantic landscape of Lan Ha Bay.

16:00 Sunset Party with fresh fruit & cookies. It is a precious time for our Tour guide and Cruise team to express our sincere thanks for using our service. It’s also our pleasure to listen to all our valued comments and suggestions for us to be better day by day.

9:30: After weaving through hundreds of large and small rocky islands, the cruise will stop at a floating house. Next, you will row your KAYAK across the cave Tai Kéo to see the vivid scenery of the underwater world. If the tide is too high (the water level rises up to the cave entrance), for your safety, kayaking outside of the cave only.

10:45: After enjoying the kayaking activity, our Captain and Tour Guide will choose the best stop for the group to experience a special swimming activity in the middle of the sea and play with the inflatable pool provided for free on the Cruises.

For those guests who do not wish to participate in this activity, they can use the CHECK-IN WITH SUP service provided by the staff for free.

(We highly recommend that you wear a life jacket when swimming outside the inflatable pool to ensure a safe journey.)

11:45: Savor a delicious lunch in the first-floor dining area of the cruise. After lunch, the cruise sails to Viet Hai Port. Disembark and head to the pier, where electric cars will transport you to the ancient Viet Hai Village.

Along the way, our local guide will choose an old path once used by the villagers, allowing you to experience a part of the pristine beauty of Cat Ba National Park, ancient forests, and wartime tunnels built by the local people to connect the village to the bay. Discover the history behind this vital route with our knowledgeable guides during your visit. Experience a unique fish massage, stroll through well-preserved traditional houses, or engage in conversations with local residents for a truly memorable experience. Please note: Due to the limited size and space of Viet Hai Village, during peak travel times, you may need to wait a little longer before having the opportunity to explore the village. 14:00: The boat begins its journey back to Beo Pier. These precious moments provide an opportunity for the crew and Cat Ba Express guides to express their gratitude to the guests and listen to their feedback and suggestions. This helps us continuously improve our service, ensuring it remains a top-tier travel product for day trips exploring the bay in Cat Ba.

15:15: Cruise returns to Beo Pier, where transportation awaits to take guests back to their hotels in central Cat Ba town. Arrive at Beo Wharf, and say “Tạm Biệt” ( by Vietnamese)  ( in English ” Googbye” ) to Lan Ha Bay & our cruise team.

• Children under 2 years old: Free of charge when joining the tour with 2 adults. Other children are charged 50%.
• Children from 3 to 8 years old: discount 4 USD compared with the adult rate.
• Children from 9 years old are charged the same rate as adults.
